LiveRingsideTerms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and LiveRingside LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("LiveRingside", "we", "us"), and govern your use of LiveRingside, an analytics service for TikTok LIVE creators and the agencies that manage them, at liveringside.com and app.liveringside.com. By creating an account or signing in you agree to them.
What LiveRingside does
LiveRingside records what is publicly visible in the TikTok LIVE streams of the creators an account follows, and turns it into analytics, warnings and suggestions. It is a tool to help creators understand their own lives. It does not post, message, gift or act on TikTok on your behalf.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- A creator's stream can be tracked by one account. If you are an agency owner or manager, you may only add creators you have the right to manage.
- If you sign in with TikTok, you authorise us to receive your TikTok open id, display name, avatar and username, and you can revoke that in your TikTok settings at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use LiveRingside to harass, stalk or target anyone, to scrape data for resale, to evade TikTok's rules, or to probe or overload the service. Do not share your access with people outside your agency. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used. Creators and viewers can ask us to stop recording or to delete their records as described there.
Accuracy
Analytics are built from what TikTok's public stream sends. TikTok does not announce every join or any leave, sometimes drops messages in busy rooms, and our recorder can lose minutes to outages, which the app marks as "not recorded". Warnings about co-hosts and partners are estimates from past recordings, not judgements about anyone. Use your own judgement; we are not responsible for decisions made from the data.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice in the app for changes that matter. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Relationship to TikTok
LiveRingside is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, and disputes will be heard in its courts.
